He’s determined to break down those walls and get inside her head, but he’ll have to be sober to do it, and no matter how hard he tries, she’ll always run. He can’t keep chasing her. He has to figure out a way to make her stay.

This book was wonderful, and had my heart melting for Travis. I loved the feelings this book emits and the many emotions I was feeling while reading it. I fell in love with the characters right from the start.
Sawyer lives with her Uncle Jake after both her parents had died. It has been six years since that horrible night. Her brother Dane, attends college not too far away.
Sawyer is now grown up a little almost 21 and now she wants to move out on her own. Moving to the lake house that her parents owned, she was set to try new things. Dane helps her move, and throws a party. She meets Travis, who she has known her whole life.
As she reconnects with Travis, the story begins.
“You wouldn’t like me at all if you remembered who I was.” – Travis
“There aren’t any rules Sawyer. We can do this any way you want to do it. Just as long as we are both in this together.” – Travis
This was a great read, that left me breathless. I loved all of the dynamics with the characters, and hopefully there will be another book about some of the side characters.
Regina captures the reader’s heart with the love she writes into her characters. I think everyone will enjoy this book. I only wish the ending was a bit more, I felt it ended too quickly. Travis is definitely worth it.
I felt this book was very well written, and can’t wait to read other titles by this author. She did a very good job at story-telling and bringing her characters to life.
